Greater Montreal

Service areas across Greater Montreal

Based in Saint-Léonard, we serve commercial, institutional and multi-unit buildings across the metropolitan area — 24/7 emergencies and planned maintenance alike. One team, the same detailed reports, whatever the address.

Island of Montreal

Our shop is in Saint-Léonard, in the middle of the island — our fastest response zone, day or night. It is also where most of our maintenance contracts live: downtown and Plateau restaurants, multi-unit buildings from Rosemont to Ahuntsic, light-industrial properties in Anjou and Saint-Laurent.

Downtown, Saint-Léonard, Anjou, Montréal-Nord, Rosemont, Villeray, Ahuntsic, the Plateau, Hochelaga, Rivière-des-Prairies, Lachine, LaSalle, Verdun, Saint-Laurent…

Laval

Direct access via highways 15, 19 and 25 keeps Laval inside our regular emergency zone. Strong demand for backflow preventer testing and grease trap maintenance along the commercial corridors — Saint-Martin, Curé-Labelle, the 440.

Chomedey, Vimont, Duvernay, Sainte-Rose, Laval-des-Rapides, Pont-Viau, Fabreville, Sainte-Dorothée…

North Shore

North Shore retail corridors — power centres, clinics, chain restaurants — carry the same compliance obligations as Montreal with fewer specialized providers nearby. We respond to emergencies and group maintenance visits into sector runs, which keeps travel costs down for contract clients.

Terrebonne, Repentigny, Mascouche, Boisbriand, Blainville, Sainte-Thérèse, Saint-Eustache, southern Mirabel…

West Island

Dorval and Pointe-Claire industrial parks, head offices along the Trans-Canada, Kirkland retail: the West Island is where much of our clientele works in English. Our team operates fully in both languages — from the dispatcher to the final written report.

Pointe-Claire, Dorval, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Kirkland, Beaconsfield, Baie-D'Urfé, Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue…

Coverage built for property managers

Many of our clients manage buildings in more than one area. That is exactly what our maintenance contracts are designed for: one point of contact, visits planned in sector runs, uniform reports from one address to the next, and consolidated invoicing. For emergencies, one number is enough — our dispatcher knows your buildings and their history.

Municipal requirements — notably for backflow preventer testing and grease discharge — vary from one city to the next. We track the requirements that apply to each address and file reports with the right municipality, on time.

Frequently asked questions

Do you serve the South Shore?

Our regular zone covers the island of Montreal, Laval, the North Shore and the West Island. For the South Shore we assess case by case — call us: for a multi-building maintenance contract or a larger project, we regularly travel beyond the regular zone.

Are there travel fees depending on the area?

The call-out fee is stated clearly on the phone before our team leaves, like all our emergency rates. For maintenance contract clients, planned visits are grouped into sector runs, which keeps costs down.

Does response time change by area?

For emergencies we triage by severity (active backup, major leak, no water) and give you a realistic ETA on the phone based on your address and the time of day. Our Saint-Léonard shop puts us within reasonable reach of the vast majority of Greater Montreal addresses.

Can one contract cover buildings in several areas?

Yes — that is a common setup for property managers. A single contract can cover addresses in Montreal, Laval and on the North Shore, with uniform reports and consolidated invoicing. See our property management page.
