A blocked drain is never just an inconvenience
In a commercial building, a blocked drain can mean a closed kitchen, a flooded basement or washrooms out of service. Every hour counts — for your operations, your customers and your sanitation obligations.
We service every type of commercial drain: floor drains, kitchen waste lines, main collectors, parking drains and soil stacks.
Diagnose first, then clear
A cleared drain without a diagnosis is a problem that comes back. Our process:
- Rapid assessment — we triage urgency and the likely intervention by phone.
- Camera inspection — we locate the blockage and its exact cause.
- The right clearing method — mechanical auger for localized clogs, high-pressure hydro-jetting for grease and scale in main lines.
- Verification and recommendations — camera confirmation when warranted, plus written advice to prevent recurrence.
Common causes in commercial buildings
Grease and food residue (the restaurant classic — especially with a saturated or undersized grease trap), tree roots in older lines, scale buildup, and “flushable” wipes in multi-tenant buildings.
If your drains keep blocking, the drain is rarely the real problem. Our camera inspection settles it, and a properly sized grease trap usually fixes recurring kitchen blockages at the source.
