Who we are

What we collect, and why

• Quote forms — name, company, phone, email and a description of your need. Used only to respond to you and prepare your quote. This data goes to our internal management system (BâtiCRM) and is never sold or shared for third-party marketing.
• Analytics and advertising cookies — only with your consent (banner at the bottom of the page), we use Google Analytics (site traffic) and the Meta pixel (effectiveness of our Facebook/Instagram ads). If you decline, none of these cookies are set and the site works exactly the same.
• Technical logs — our host (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses for site security and performance, like any host.

Your rights

Under Law 25 you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your cookie consent at any time (clear the stored choice in your browser or write to us). For any request: contact@gciconstruction.ca.

Retention and hosting

Quote requests are kept in our CRM for as long as needed for business follow-up and legal obligations. Our providers (Cloudflare, Google, Meta) may process data outside Quebec; we limit what is sent to them to the strict minimum described above.
